Welcome

Wild Roots Alchemy Healing, started as a small venture to promote relaxation and well being in others. Using Natures Gifts in the form of oils, herbs and cycles, i enjoyed sharing the bountiful scent’s with clients on their journey to recognise that aroma had a tremendous impact upon how our bodies receive well being. The use of touch and sound combined with our breath can be a powerful tool to facilitate the relaxation necessary to create an environment within our body to transform and heal its self.

This path soon branched off into many tools to share with clients and friends, sound healing became a big love of mine, art therapy and time in nature. Wild Roots Alchemy became a hub for local friends and community to come and relax, heal and explore different techniques to promote self well being. Working alone and in co creation partner ships with local community Projects and charities has been a powerful way to grow and learn. I am always looking at ways to develop new exciting ideas that may benefit so please get in touch if you feel called to create together of feel you have a creation to offer.

Luna Alchemy Harp. This is Wild Roots Alchemy’s latest love. A sisterhood of thirteen Luna Harpists created by the lovely Joie De Winter. I was inspired to be part of this amazing Harp sisterhood by the passion and poetry of Joie . Her words resonated within me and filled me with a absolute knowing that I was meant to have a Harp. The Path for me, is sound journeying and wellbeing. Everything is made of energy, of frequencies, musical notes are the essence’s of our universe, they are the fabrication that births our and our planets existence. It has been proved that the flowing life source water holds memory. Fire clears the earth making carbon to birth new shoots, the earth grows the trees we need for our breath, The same air we breath brings the Harp to life in a playful way. So I believe that playing for our mother earth and Elements is one part of the Luna Alchemy harps journey. The second is to work with people, to create a safe or fun space to explore our wellbeing and mindfulness. To let go of tension. To birth new ideas. To just be, to let go. Thirdly I get so much enjoyment and nourishment out of playing her that to explore sounds and rhythms that call people to joy feel a big part of my relationship with the harp. The next stage of the journey is to join with the Luna Harp sisters a create many projects to travel and work with community and lands. I feel an incredible excitement in my bones for this work. Our first trip away is to Glastonbury which I feel is perfect for concretising our intentions and connection.
